Sale of production hall with the possibility of employing female prisoners
We offer a production hall for sale, which is physically connected to the Světlá nad Sázavou Prison by a corridor for safe entry of female prisoners to the workplace.
This is a unique project of connecting a private entity with a prison. The condition for taking advantage of the employment of female prisoners is the conclusion of a contract with the prison.
Technical data of the hall
The production hall was designed by the architectural office Adam Rujbr Architects and was built in 2015/2016 by PKS Stavby.
It is a hall with a steel structure clad with 16 cm sandwich panels, the background in the lower part is brick built. The hall was built in a standard for food production and meets HACCP, BRC and IFS certification. Total area: production premises approx. 1250 m², warehouse 355 m², other facilities approx. 600 m².
The hall has heating / cooling by heat pumps, a central air conditioning unit, municipal water and its own well for technical purposes.

Where to find the hall
The hall is located in the industrial zone in Světlá nad Sázavou, 1210 Průmyslová Street, about 20 km from the exit of the D1 motorway (exit 90 – Humpolec).
